        Bank closed before 4pm on Thursday? Two ATM's outside but "not able to assist with request at this time" from both. Trying to activate a new card which apparently any ATM can do. Disappointing really.

        Awful customer service, extremely rude staff whenever I have visited. I would advise using another branch or switching banks altogether.

        The came into the store with my mom, I have been banking with Santander for about over 12 years and I must say the staff the service received by branch now is so disappointing. We were served by a lady at the till who didnt seem to be polite when serving my mother. Her tone of voice was quite condescending.
