        A terrible bank, lots of hidden charges when I tried to move money to another account. Was told on the phone to come in to branch and then at branch they said it'll cost me extra. Customer service is terrible, they treated me and my parents terribly when they came and we've now all closed our accounts. Even that took forever and it seemed like we needed to jump through a million hoops to get it done. It used to be great, my first mortgage was with this branch and their mortgage advisor. But after my recent experiences, I will no longer set foot in this place.
