Why though when I phone was I taken to a call centre in South Africa. Who told me I could not go into halfords to have my bike looked at. And that I needed to book an appointment in May. Safe to say I hung up on those useless people and walked my bike into the store, where surprise surprise they were able to help there and then! 0stars
