Absolutely terrible, and wont order from them again. Leaving 1 star as I cant leave 0. I placed an order online on Saturday 20th March with the Maidenhead store but unfortunately I was called back to say that many items were not available and would not be delivered. Since Id already paid, I was told I had to request the refund online. There does nothing seem to be a particular way of doing that on the website, so I emailed (via website) and replied to the confirmation email I got back also. Nothing came of it, and since then I have emailed several times, called the main line and Maidenhead branch and left messages. However, I still have had no reply or refund. We really enjoyed our meal and were planning on ordering regularly, but I am very disappointed that it has been more than two months and despite several emails and phone calls , weve been completely ignored and we havent received a single response yet, let alone a refund, for things I paid for but didnt receive. Its really not a good way to treat a new customer! The lady on the phone who we spoke to at the time of the original order said just to request the refund through the website... the only option to do that was to email them, but that seems to not be getting me anywhere. They essentially overcharged me 32.80 and then ignored me. I posted this review on their Facebook page and the only reply I got was them asking which branch it was (despite already mentioning it in the original post). Then they went back to ignoring me. Long story short, avoid this company if you actually want to get what you pay for and any semblance of decent customer service.

Tasted like paint thinner, tupaware broke with ease, soy tasted of vodka and salt. Daddy didnt leave me satisfied

Terrible experience! Beware - this place is a scam! Ordered from the Windsor branch for over 30 - waited for our delivery for over 2 hours!!! Expected delivery time kept changing and it wouldn't even let me cancel the order! Do not order from this scammers - they'll steal your money from their non existent restaurant and customer service. You have been warned!

Wasn't very impressed, duck rolls didn't have much duck filling, the Korean fried chicken didn't taste very authentic - looks like packet chicken. The spicy chicken udon was incredibly oily, and had an overpowering taste of seseme seed oil. This is my first and last order from this takeaway shop.
