Wouter designed our new extension and guided us through the process Including all the processes and stages clearly which otherwise would have left me baffled being a novice. We are really happy with the outcome of the project which it all started once Wouter came to visit us. He gave us clear indication of what can and can't be done including a very accurate picture of expected costs. We discussed what our needs and preferences are and he made it happen! Throughout the process is was always available to speak or respond to the many questions I had over emails which was really useful and always turned things around quickly which was so helpful Definitely recommend!

Would highly recommend Wouter from Maidenhead Planning. He designed our extension and completed all the planning applications for us. He is friendly, helpful and has expert ideas and suggestions. He's very accommodating of making changes to our plans!

Our house was getting a bit tired and we were looking at an extension. Wouter has been a great help, offering invaluable advice from a very early stage, through to providing drawings for the finished project. The builders are in the final stages now and Wouter has been in touch throughout, offering advice and helping us ask the right questions of our builders. He even putting us in contact with another expert he works with when we had a potential boundary dispute with a new development next door, all was sorted quickly and easily. Very happy.

Cannot fault this service! Arrived on time, every time. Communicative and free to offer ideas; adapted to my changing ideas and plans. Advice and experience around Building regs and applications was invaluable. Saw the project through and helped challenge builders 'suggestions.' As a novice home improver as I am, these guys got the job done on budget and I'm very happy with my results and their service.
