Just popped in for a socially distanced design appointment with Paul. He was super friendly, listened to what I was after and had several clever design ideas. Ultimately that meant he nailed the brief. They're certainly not cheap but their expertise really came across.

Cannot recommend Concept highly enough, they managed to achieve the impossible, turning a small dark bathroom into a luxurious space that is bright, airy and akin to something you would find in a luxury hotel. Their excellent fitters provide an exceptional service and are a pleasure to have in your home, they take great pride in their work and their attention to detail is second to none. Attached are some before and after photos . a total transformation and now just a lovely place to be!

Fantastic company whom we can recommend without hesitation. Two of our existing bathrooms needed a redesign - from the initial design through to the final fit their customer service, attention to detail and professionalism were exceptional. The team were able to take our vague idea and turn it into a design beyond our expectations - we now have 2 bathrooms that wouldn't look out of place in a 5* hotel. Thank you again for a brilliant job.

If you are looking for a high quality bathroom this is the place to come to. Paul has been so helpful and intuitive in designing 4 of our bathrooms and our cloakroom. Would highly recommend this place.
