Reflex Services

I gave him a call to repair my washing machine because it was leaking during washes, however when he inspected my washing machine he told me that I need to buy a new one. I doubted this as the machine was under 5 years old so, to get a second opinion I called upon a different tradesperson, who said it was repairable and fixed it for me. Last year I used 'Reflex Services' as the service had been recommended to me. However, I didn't appreciate the dishonesty I received from his most recent visit which I still paid for, as I would have bought a whole new washing machine without reason. I don't usually write negative reviews but I was very disappointed with the service and won't be using it again. Service: Washing machine repair

Paul was absolutely amazing. He returned my call! Found a slot in his diary to schedule me in at short notice. Even preponed my appointment time so it could be looked at quickly! Came on time, friendly, extremely professional, absolutely knew what he was talking about, fixed the issue on time, didnt try to charge extra, taught me few things and was even kind to my nervous dog! Paul made sure we can eat our Christmas lunch today. The oven went last night and he appeared this morning bright and cheery and mended my old Electrolux. Fabulous service! Thankyou
