        One of the best things you can do to start a new garden or meadow area. We now understand our soil so much better and can decide how to manage it and what to grow. Speedy turn around and very informative report. Went for the bronze option for our purpose of establishing a meadow and the report included really useful list of what will grow well and what mix types to purchase. Highly recommend!

        I cannot fault the professionalism and service provided by Dr Dave Aplin and Soil Values. The report is so much more detailed than I had hoped for given the very reasonable price. The guidance and recommendations offered are invaluable. The level of interest shown and quality of advice given by Dr Aplin in helping me to get my project (wildflower meadow) off to the very best possible start has undoubtedly saved me both time and money. I would not hesitate to recommend Soil Values.

        Dave has provided me with an excellent service, and after service. Having read his report he then had to answer all my rather stupid questions! I don't have much to compare his service with but it struck me he is reasonably priced and you get more than expected. So excellent value all round. Highly recommended.

        I imagine it would be hard to beat Soil Values services. We bought a smallholding which we knew had unusual ground.With plans to make a garden, grow some veg and develop some pasture we chose Dr David Alpin's gold soil tests to see what we were working with.And our results were very interesting, in fact thewhole county'slandscape suddenly also makes sense. Oursoil reports were written with great care and completeness, they clearly set out our soil qualities againstthe normal range and the solution to unlocking its potential. Amazingly Dr David was available to discuss our project beforehand and then also our soil results which has been invaluable and was help above and beyond our expectations. The benefitsof starting with theright knowledge has saved us a lot of time and getting it wrong. We are looking forward to seeing our garden grow as we start getting healthy balanced soil. So thank you David Alpin
