Went in there today to a teenage boy stood there in his pjs, who works there. Why on earth is he wearing his pjs at WORK? A lady behind the tills on the phone to someone. I got my items and put on the tills and waited patiently. The lady on the phones said sorry I have to go as a customer is waiting. She served me then picked the phone and say to the lady on the phone sorry about that an inpatient lady came in and had to disturb our conversation. I was very cross and unhappy about this as this isnt the FIRST TIME WITH THIS STAFF AT THE SHOP! Other staff at the shop, are absolutely fine! For now on, I am going to use the news agent as they are better than this shop! And they will respect their customers
