I have been training with Nick Mason for 2 years. When I first signed up I believed that I would always be weak Asian due to my family's genetics. Nick motivated me to believe I can make a change in my physical ability and appearance and I did. Nick is more than a trainer, he makes you believe then achieve.

Nick is the definition of a Trainer. He said he would push me to reach a level that will amaze me and he did. Its been a year with Nick and I'm already doing Muscle ups, Levers and now learning how to do a human flag.
