Bought 5 birthday cakes from here in the past 1.5 years. My 4th time, I had to wait 1 hr and 30 min after the time it was meant to be ready (3pm), and every time I asked how long they kept on saying 5 minutes! My 5th time I ordered my cake for 2pm, went there at 3pm and the shop was closed with one of the staff outside saying the chef will arrive in 20min. I waited till 6pm but Unfortunately I didnt receive my cake that day, which was for my mothers birthday.

Not even close to 1 star : as I went there once and I couldnt see anyone behind the counter until a lady was rushing to serve me :I asked about a specific items ingredients to avoid allergic problems then I could hear a loud male voice shouting from the back in a foreign language to get the ladys attention: by seeing her face reaction I knew that this person was interfering with me ,so I asked her the same question again but she kept quite when this weird male voice cut her again .I finally gave up and walked out but when I was driving off I was surprised to see a male worker outside the shop standing and staring at me until I left. Definitely not coming back seeing this horrible attitude .

Just went to the shop to buy some zoolbia, the girl was so rude and utterly unprofessional. I just left without any shopping. They deserve not even one star!
