I cannot stress just how horrible my experience was. I had to move house for a new job and came accross flat on Spare Room - Which i contacted CLAUDETE. she was not only very vague but hard to get hold of. i eventually moved to find the husemates were unhygenic and they did not like when i told them to clean up and from then on made my life a living hell. moving my things, being rude and swearing at me, whch made living in the house unbearable. I reached out to CLAUDETE for help to which she continued to take their side and even when i felt threatened (they put knives in my drawers) she did absolutely nothing to help me, more than 5 - 6 complaint emails and texts later, she told me to get out of the house because she did not want to deal with me. I then asked for the help of someone more senior, to which she passed me the details of John, who was very professional and prompt - but unfortunately has not been able to help with my deposit. After months of searching i relocated once again. CLAUDETE has refused to give me my full deposit back due to the state of the unhygenic house which i was NOT RESPONSIBLE for (i NEVER used any comunual areas), not only was i pushed out of the house by the disgusting couple, but Claudete has been utterly dsrespctful and not once did she try to help me, and i hope NWL PROPERTY look into the way she treats her clients, she has made my experience absolutely horrifying. her negligence, and careless attitude has caused me stress and i have had to pay out a lot on always eating take outs due to the uncomfortableness of being around the horrible people that lived there, as well as moving costs because i was forced to relocate. if anything she should be paying me compensation for the stress she put me under, not with-holding money that is owed to me. I hope NWL property re-consider her position, she should not be allowed to work in this industry, or any that involve customer facing. absolutely disgusting treatment.
