We used Dexters for many years to manage the letting of our flat. We were always impressed with their professionalism and response times. Ana Ferreira was especially good and her colleagues always very supportive and thoughtful. Ed Brodkin also excellent. It is easy to think that the fees for a management agent look high, but over the long term when occasional issues arise with tenants, including the occasional awkward situation, Dexters were well worth it.
