Highly recommend this place for a ladies cut. I have been several times now and they have always been super friendly. What attracted me initially was the Aveda products in the window - which they use to wash my hair with - but also the quality of the cuts I've had has been great. The Turkish lady with blonde wavy hair has always been my hairdresser and she does a great job! Also very relaxed and friendly. I only ever ask for wash and cut (no blow dry as it costs extra) but every time I've been without fail she has not just rough dried my hair but had me leaving with a bouncy blowout! To top it off, this morning I was served a top notch cup of tea (and I'm picky!). I believe the costs went up slightly last year but 40 for a wash, cut and bonus blow-dry is excellent value for Maida Vale. Remember its cash only but there's a cashpoint next door.
