I have been with the practice for around 15 years and highly recommend. I always manage to get an appointment quickly. the doctors have always been kind and caring and nurse Annette is AMAZING and so kind and friendly and the nurse who takes blood is thoughtful and really cares. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews when I have only been showed respect and kindness. Keep up the WONDERFUL work you do Lanark Surgery!!!

Avoid by all means they don't answer bad attitude in the reception please everyone complain to the main NHS department

If I could give 0 starts I would absolute filth of a place Annette the nurse who is also el gazzar wife the dodgy doctor who takes money to sort out paperwork! I came here for over a year complaining of a pain in my stomach and every time she tells me avoid oily foods (which I don't even) eat! After a year long I found out I have a stomach ulcer!!!!!!! I'm disgusted and feel so angry I will be making a complaint direct and sham this absolute filth of a place!!! Honestly anyone avoid this place by all means.

The doctor is very disrespectful and angry. He lacks dignity and emotional support. The waiting for appointments are far too long. Receptionist is also very impatient and snappy.
