Randolph Surgery

I wish I Could give them a zero star!!. I was deceived by the 4 stars review. It is almost impossible to book an appointment. I booked an appointment with their redicolous Dr IQ application, no body called me back!! I tried many times during the day to call the surgery straightaway to book an appointment .I stayed for 45 minutes each time and no one answer the phone! Terrible!!

It has become impossible to contact the Practice. I have been holding on for more than 1 1/2 hours. They say press 1 for callback. It doesn't work. Dr. IQ app is closed down after a few hours each day. How is patient supposed to get delivery of service? Either the Practice has taken on too many patients or they are under staffed but this situation is intolerable. Medical Review 24 Feb 2021 Done well. Thorough and professional. Yesin, one of the practice Admin staff brings order and calmness to what seems like an understaffed and very busy practice. All patients would prefer to deal with Yesin as he instils confidence that he is listening, understands and will the task done, whatever that task may be. Yesin is certainly Practice Management material and should be nurtured and trained for him to reach his full potential. He is an absolute asset to the Randolph surgery. Long may he stay there whilst I am still a patient there!!

An absolute joke of a surgery, you call and nobody answers the phone. The voice recording on the phone tells you use the dr iq app to book fast and efficient appointments so I did that and then the app says theyre not currently taking consultations through the app. Then you check the reviews here and see they reply to the bad reviews saying please call the surgery. But nobody picks up the phone!! They should just shut this place down because our tax money is going to complete waste paying the salaries of whatever clowns they have running this place.
