I had my shellac removed and a manicure. Manicure was ok, but no soaking which was odd. The removal of the gel has left my nails sore and sensitive. The technician used an electric nail file instead of gentle soaking with acetone. I know they usually use this electric file to take off the first layer but this was to remove all the shellac. I kept having to get her to stop as it was so hot and sensitive. Not one to leave bad reviews but my nails are really suffering because of this bad practice. I cant comment on the other treatments as Ive only been once.
