Did induction course, they explained everything about how it will cost you nothing to get your class 2 as long as you get any type of from work. I agreed to Wednesday and Thursday to come into start. Following Monday get phone call asking if I'm on my way, long story short very rude and aggressive member of staff calling me a lier. It saddens me as the rest of the team are really nice and friendly. I would be very careful with this company as they don't even know when the "students" are even in and on what class. I attached proof of my schedule given to me at the induction.

Woudlnt bother using them they choose for you instead of you wanting the class 1 or 2 that you need yourself some random women whos never met you picks for you herself and you get assessed in a mini buss for what they are gonna pick for you that doesnt make sense I wanted class 2 and they made me do a class 1 and when I wanted to change they cut me from the course without any effort to help me now Im stuck with nothing because they wanted more money for doing the class 1 , literally the only good thing about them is kenny the instructor who probably keeps them going he motivates the people to come back each day other than that dont have anything else to say

Con merchants dont listen to a word they say,offer you incentives to sign up but you dont recieve anything they have offered as insentives on completion.Dont be fooled,they are only interested in goverment funding and not you.
