        Not as good as they once were, the standard of counter staff has sadly reduced. Ultimately it is the specialist practitioner that delivers the treatment hence four stars but their counter staff can't even replace hearing aid tubes, my last visit to have them changed took over 20 minutes as whoever had done them previously got mixed up with left and right and length, nothing was left to get wrong. Unless the company has changed its training regime then the standard of recruit has fallen sharply.

        Very efficient service. I just got new reading glasses. All appointments were on schedule and staff helpful and friendly. I like Specsavers because they have staff available to help and assist unlike other companies who rely purely on IT chat facilities
