        My lovely nan was only here 5 days before she got ill. We tried to tell them that she wasn't right, shall we call the doctor. The nurse was VERY dismissive of everything we said. She told me to open the window because she was hot!!!! We requested a doctor again on day 7,again she dismissed this request. 'She's fine her chest is clear'. Day 9 she passed away. How is this care???!!!! You pay SO MUCH money for what?!! These photos don't tell you what it's like they are wheeled from their bed and plonked in front of the tv for the day. I would hate to see anyone else's loved one go through this!
