These clowns are listed on Collectplus so went to drop a empty Sodastream bottle off there. The guy looked at me like I was an alien and as if he had a bad hangover. He said "what do you want" so walked out and said I would never shop there.

Absolutely shocking customer service!!! Did not check I'd or ask for a barcode when my partner went to collect a parcel. He was told to go behind the counter and look for the parcel himself. He came back to the car with a parcel that wasn't mine. (it was my mums, he picked it up due to surname) the shop keeper didn't check who's parcel he took! I went in to rectify the situation where I was asked for I'd, which I showed, then I was told to look for my name and take my parcel. When I asked where, he poi Ted behind the counter. I wasn't happy with this so I declined and he then asked for a barcode. He sat for what must have been almost ten mins looking for a parcel, and throwing many back down on the floor. He then said its not here, nothing I can do, and began serving other customers. I left. But will be taking further action. My mum was not happy that I was able to get her parcel so easily!!
