Superb, excellent from start to finish. Comprehensive design service, very clean and tidy ripping out of old bathroom fittings and all taken away the same day without needing a skip. Installation was painless and quick considering the size of the job. Couldnt be happier with the end result and genuinely recommend this company to anyone.

We had our bathroom designed and installed by Bespoke Bathrooms & Kitchens. It was a job which needed doing and we spent some time researching companies to ensure we found the right one. A company who had their own fitters was important to us and this is something Bespoke provide so this, along with the excellent reviews on google, meant we gave them a try. We were not disappointed. From the initial contact, home visit by Keith, design by Kelly and all the fitters (Steve, Liam, Ian, Tony and apologies if Ive not mentioned you!), boy, where we glad we picked this company. The team were with us for almost 3 weeks but that covered a major refit of the bathroom including moving and replacement of fittings, the guys never stopped! They were very polite and respectful of our home, cleaning up after themselves each evening to leave our home as tidy as possible during the refurb. We can honestly say we are delighted with our new bathroom, the workmanship is second to none and having used it for a few weeks now, it totally exceeds our expectations and we love it. Why cant all companies be like this. If you are thinking of having a new bathroom, or any aspect of work with your bathroom, we would totally recommend this company. 6 years ago we employed Maghull Bespoke Bathrooms to install a new downstairs cloakroom, we were absolutely delighted with the results and remember the thoroughly professional service we received from Kelly, John and all the team. We were so happy and pleased with the result we recommended the company to my mother who wanted a new en suite. The customer care is second to none from Kelly (who remembered us from 6 years ago), Kelly was extremely respectful and courteous as well as helpful to my mother as were all the team. They truly offer a professional service who stuck to every aspect of planning and timescales, the fitters dutifully arrived on time every day as promised and were also extremely respectful and courteous of my mothers property. The finish was not only beautiful but demonstrated outstanding workmanship. We will highly recommend the team at Bespoke bathrooms for the magnificent service they have provided to both my mother and ourselves. Our deepest gratitude and thanks to Kelly, John, Keith, Steve, Ian, Liam and Ste. You are all fabulous.

I have returned to bespoke bathrooms for my main bathroom, after they did a incredible job on my ensuite the work has been acceptional and I couldn't thank the team or recommend them high enough thank your bespoke Very organized incredible workman brilliant job thank you
