I Rang up on the off chance for a trim and Lily said she had a space. I told her I wanted less than half inch off as it was just touching my shoulders and i still tie it in a bobble,we were chatting away and I didn't realise just how much she had taken off! I nearly died when she got the mirror out! I was shocked to see she had cut my hair right into my neck an told immediately I didn't like it as it was far too short! Then to ad insult to injury I had to pay 34 for this horrific shock of a haircut! I ready should have not been charged for this and I don't know what she was thinking of as she certainly didn't listen to what I asked for as this WAS NOT A TRIM! I called them and asked for same day. I really didn't expect a yes. But I'm sure they heard in my voice I was very down. They fitted me in. I just wanted to be able to look in the mirror and find at least one reason to like myself. They told me to come straight over. Despite such short notice, the whole team was exceptional. They took their time and were perfectionists. They were warm and welcoming and within minutes I felt relaxed. And i love my hair. Thank you
