I would like to thank Andrew and his team for helping me to arrange my late Dads funeral . It was the first funeral i have had to organise and i was quite confused what i had to do. Andrew and his team made a difficult time a little bit easier when they looked after my brothers service, from the beginning when they came on a Sunday to collect him, all the way through to the service, they were so professional and caring, communication was continuous letting us know how each step was progressing or just to ask how we were, the celebrant they recommended was perfect, very warm and sincere, I have recommended this firm already and if you choose Andrew and his team you loved one will be treated with care and respect and would say to anyone, if you choose Andrew and his team

Andrew and his team took my late mum into his care and from that moment on everything was made a lot easier by their genuine care and respect for both my mum and the family. Andrew personally phones you to say that mum was in his care and that if we had any concerns or questions we could call. Right though the arrangements Andrew efficient, no fuss or panic approach was a source of strength and gave us confidence that the funeral would go the way we wanted it to. Nothing was too much trouble and questions answered and queries dealt with. Having Andrew and his team made a very difficult time in our lives a lot easier. How do you review something that was just perfect every step of the way!! Our beautiful Mum died suddenly and we were so glad that we chose Andrew Roughly and his team to take her into their care. They were extremely compassionate caring patient reliable and throughly professional the whole time. There wasnt anything that Andrew couldnt do for us. It makes such a difference when you know you are in safe hands. Arrangements were made for us to visit Mum whenever we wished and we could stay with her as long as we wanted too!! This was done in a beautiful serene room so quiet and peaceful. We will always be grateful for that. My Dad passed away 2 years before Mum, we chose a lovely wooden box for Dads ashes and Andrew put Dad into the coffin to be with Mum, There was a plate at the bottom of Mums coffin with Dads name and the date of his death. Andrew and his team ensured that my Mums funeral was a fitting tribute to our precious Mum. We as a family thank him and his team for everything they did for us. I would highly recommend using Andrew Roughly we are so glad we did.
