Dodgy dentist. Well done, for banning my 84 yr old mother with Parkinson's Dementia for missing her appointment and for writing up false accusation in you notes. And this agenda might explain their passive aggressive behaviour (According to the British Dental Association (BDA), 75% of UK dentists are likely to reduce, or further reduce, their NHS commitment)

Was told this practice had taken over patients from Paul Knight 182 Liverpool Road Maghull who had looked after my dental needs (as an NHS patient) since he set up the business in the 1980s. He has now retired and I understood Thomas Ip was the person to contact . It may be about two years since I last visited Paul but the receptionist I spoke with was extremely abrupt and unhelpful and said she was unable to help me as it was over three years since my last consultation. I am a 75 year old pensioner and find this extremely upsetting. Could not recommend this dental surgery
