        I commissioned McGrath Associates for a RICS home buyer survey and John has produced a wonderfully thorough report. Detailing the property both inside and out and including advice and recommendations for sympathetic renovation. John is a pleasure to deal with and a credit to his profession. Highly recommended.

        Surveyor report was incorrect and had various mistakes in it, for example; A roof with no roof ties that has since been inspected by a roofer and said to be totally sound was said to need a total re-roof, a radiator was mistaken for a boiler in text making it seem that the boiler was insufficient while also ignoring a second radiator in the room. Poor judgement, false report. Asked for formal complaints form, never sent, still chasing
