        Only one service counter and no service. Personal bankers all hiding in back offices. Dont bother with TSB if you actually need to speak to someone!

        My husband has just been to the Maghull branch only to find that there's is now only 1 cashier open the other 2 are closed permanently. The manager couldn't even explain why they other 2 were closed as there was plenty of staff walking around. He was waiting 30 mins to be seen. Very disappointed , are they trying to close this branch as well?

        Needed assistance transferring funds. Isobel the Assistant Manager arranged speedy transfer and also set up savings account. Although branch has changed cosmetically the service remains high. Meet n Greet young lady, sorry didnt get name, was extremely courteous and apologised for wait ( didnt have apptmnt), and once again Isobel was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Very good experience.
