        Very helpful, transparent service from the company and Rich. Very welcoming of the custom which will see me ordring ALL my future door furniture from them - (once I have saved up the pennies to do every room). Delivery was organised very promptly once the items were in stock. I highly recommend.

        Amazing customer service. Following speedy despatch of a bolt for a period internal door, I realised I had ordered the incorrect size and needed it fitted in a hurry. They sent the replacement out immediately via DPD and I received it the next morning, just in time. It looks beautiful and fits perfectly in this 18th Century Cotswolds house. They also wasted no time in refunding me as soon as they had received the original back. I wish more suppliers were as helpful and efficient. Thank you!
