The Gym - Kingstone Womens Fitness

I've just competed my 100th session at The Gym and I can honestly say it's changed my life! The brilliant instructors will tailor a workout to suit you - whatever age or level of fitness. Their friendliness is reflected in the other members - so this is often a workout for the mind as well as the body! Bootcamp sessions are great and the general all round fitness advice is sound. Can't speak highly enough of the team - great effort!

I love this place, have been living elsewhere for the summer and cannot find anything to match it. A great all round workout with sound advise & support on weight loss and fitness. Heading back next month and looking forward to shaping up again and re-bonding with the fabulous team of women that frequent it. Jude is an inspiration and together with her team make keeping fit real fun.

I've been a member of the gym since last September and love it. If you want to kip fit, loose weight or just generally want to improve your lifestyle and happiness this is the place to come. The instructors are happy and friendly and so are the lovely ladies of all age ranges. You can do as much or as little as you want no pressure from anyone. It's a work out with lots of smiles and laughter
