        After being extremely dissatisfied by the visit to the vets over 2 months ago, I wrote in with a complaint about how I was spoken to and what was said to me that I thought was highly inappropriate. I went home and told my partner and my parents and they were also in disbelief. I emailed in with a complaint and a chaser to my email and had no response.
