We only stayed here for one night and I struggled with that tbh. The bed was so uncomfortable - if you moved, you would roll to the middle. Having a shower it felt like you were going to fall through the bath, it felt so spongy. Asked the server at breakfast what was included in the full English breakfast and she had to go to ask. People say you get what you pay for, but looking at their reviews, we thought we would be enjoying our stay. We have 2 more visits to Crewe and unfortunately we won't be staying here. Rooms: Rooms need a makeover
