        Excellent quality produce and a huge amount of knowledge. Sausages are fabulous and they always have interesting flavours. We get our rib eye steaks there which are so flavourful and tender. They also sell half and full lambs which are excellent value for money. All in all, the best butchers in the area.

        We got ribeye steaks-aged 28 days (dexter) and it was one of the most delicious steaks I have ever tasted! We have not tasted the lamb shanks yet, I came back to review and recommend this shop.

        We went up yesterday for the first time and met Marie and Joe, they were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The sausage rolls are to die for and their bacon and sausage are the best we have ever tasted. We will be ordering again on Friday, thank you for your time and we are so glad we have found this gem of a place, we also look forward to eating the rest of our meat.
