I had the pleasure of practicing pregnancy yoga with Saffron for both my pregnancys, along with baby yoga. Then utilising Saffrons skills and going through her hypnobirthing program for my second pregnancy. It is a joy to be in any of her classes, she has the ability to make everyone feel calm immediately and to create a safe, nurturing space for expectant mums and new mums so that no question feels silly and all are able to offer their experiences. Saffrons hypnobirthing prepared us for a natural birth following a previous section. She gave me and my partner space to communicate about our wishes and to learn together. I would highly recommend her classes all of her services to any woman.

I attended pregnancy yoga with Saffron every week from 14-weeks of pregnancy through to full term and not only was it a great way to support my body through pregnancy and prepare it for birth; but it was also a great way to meet other expectant Mums and talk all things pregnancy and baby every week. The class was gentle and Saffron readily adapted throughout the session where needed. It was great to keep moving during pregnancy but also utilise the session time to bring calm and mindfulness to the day. I left each session feeling empowered and supported. Personally, I took the most from the breathing techniques, visualisation and birth position poses we covered, as well as the hypnobirthing elements Saffron included in the session and loved the relaxation we finished each class with. I used all of these techniques throughout my labour - which resulted in a really positive birth experience and Im now looking forward to going to baby yoga with our little girl.

I have attended Saffron's pregnancy yoga from early pregnancy right through to 39 weeks. The classes have been a great to help for me to destress and prepare me for labour, from breathing techniques to birthing positions. It has also given me the opportunity to meet other mums-to-be which has been great! Saffron's knowledge and support is second to none - I highly recommend!

I started pregnancy yoga with Saffron when I was 14 weeks pregnant and looked forward to the session every week. It was a perfect mix of movement, relaxation and an opportunity to reflect on the pregnancy journey. I felt more confident going into labour knowing different positions and movements to help. Following the birth of my baby daughter, we joined Saffron's baby yoga classes. The class is a combination of yoga for both baby and mum helping to build core strength again and movements to loosen tight muscles. I would highly recommend Saffron's classes. She is knowledgable about all things baby related, offers advice in a friendly and non-judgemental way and supports you in the journey from pregnancy to new mum. I will definitely return to Saffron's classes if I have a second little one.

I started pregnancy yoga with Saffron at 20 weeks and would highly recommend for anyone looking to keep active and learn useful birthing techniques. Saffron begins each session taking the time to understand how things are going through your pregnancy and offers useful advice/yoga techniques based on this throughout. The positions, movements & breathing exercises I learnt throughout the sessions really helped me in early labour and I am still using the stretching exercises post baby! Saffron is really approachable so Id recommend getting in touch if youre considering giving her classes a go. I only managed two classes face to face due to the pandemic but the classes on zoom worked really well and Id recommend them for anyone that needs the convenience of being at home.
