After a 7 year break from Yoga, I was starting out from scratch again and received a warm inclusive welcome, helpful adjustments during practise. Grinne is a wonderful teacher, no matter where you are in your practise.

Absolutely beautiful studio and facilities. Love the showers and vanity area. First ever hot yoga class with Grainne was amazing. Feel so relaxed and alive. My new go to yoga studio.

I love this studio! The facilities are fantastic. You are guaranteed a warm welcome in a very clean, relaxing, modern environment! I was nervous at first about getting back into yoga but I was immediately put at ease. I look forward to every session, perfect environment for the mind and body. I can highly recommend

New to yoga but this was a beautiful and welcoming space - I certainly wasn't expecting such a clean and dedicated space. Grainne led me through the class carefully, providing the right level of challenge/progressions and lots of check-ins in case things weren't comfortable for me. Will definitely be coming back.
