        The investigation into the leaking sunroof was carried out quickly with an excellent video showing the source of the leak. This was fixed quickly. As always we've been really impressed with the courtesy car which was provided. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

        Superb customer service. Andy and Josh were excellent in dealing with my parents who are both disabled. Andy showed real empathy during their visit and it was greatly appreciated. Anyone who is thinking about purchasing a mobility car from VW need not worry.
