Our experience kicked off with all of the terrible things that could most likely happen to our breed of dog. Very quickly. We had the free insurance pushed down our throats. Once I had filled in the four simple boxes, answering questions like name, telephone number, dogs name and how much the dog cost. The vet proceeded to check if Id fill this information incorrectly.
Being spoken to as if we were stupid continued all the way out to reception. The medicine our dog required needed to be given at 3.2 mL and just in case we were super thick. The vet proceeded to pull the syringe out and show us on the side of the syringe between the three and four exactly where the .2 Mark was.
I couldnt wait to leave its been a long time since Ive been treated in such a condescending and patronising fashion.
I can categorically say we will never visit this vet again.
