I wouldnt bother they dont care about your pets they just care about the money ..you would think that people become vets because they love animals an have a duty of care even if someone cant afford the costs ..the worst vets in Macclesfield

Sarah has given my cat Badger so much love, care and attention over the past 12 months. He has been in a lot over the past year due to various issues and i cannot recommend her highly enough. She is a credit to the practice.

Had an appointment today for my cat. When booking appointment I explained that he had a little fur loss and needed flea treatment as he had had the complaint 3 years earlier. Was in the consulting room 3 mins max . The vet ran a comb through his coat and said he needed flea treatment. That was fine. Buy when I went to pay my bill was 79 pounds. I feel this is extortionate to be charged this amount for flea treatment.

Our experience started well. The receptionist we initially spoke to was fabulous. However, upon our arrival at the vets are the actual vet we met was quite possibly the most condescending human I have had the misfortune to meet in a long time. Our experience kicked off with all of the terrible things that could most likely happen to our breed of dog. Very quickly. We had the free insurance pushed down our throats. Once I had filled in the four simple boxes, answering questions like name, telephone number, dogs name and how much the dog cost. The vet proceeded to check if Id fill this information incorrectly. Being spoken to as if we were stupid continued all the way out to reception. The medicine our dog required needed to be given at 3.2 mL and just in case we were super thick. The vet proceeded to pull the syringe out and show us on the side of the syringe between the three and four exactly where the .2 Mark was. I couldnt wait to leave its been a long time since Ive been treated in such a condescending and patronising fashion. I can categorically say we will never visit this vet again.
