I used to work here as a class one HGV driver between 2000 and 2012. The transport manager was Mr Chris Goodwin and by a million miles,,the best transport company I ever had the pleasure of working for...the transport office had Mr Rod Nuttall and David Loton with Chris Goodwin as the M.D. I got a few telling offs for telling stupid motorists where to go.but if BC transport ever set up shop again,,,I would work for them...many happy memories.thank you.Mike Cockayne

This is a email to tell you how Im absolutely disgusted with your service. A parcel was delivered today , well I wouldnt say delivered more dropped at the curb . The delivery driver with his lifting equipment e.g pump truck because the package was over 25kg the manual handling weight . Dropped the package off. He then watched my 65yr old mother drag the pallet off the street to the door . Because in his words we dont go on the drive . Whislt dragging it in front off my young children he laughed because the box snapped and she nearly fell over. I have evidence and will be sending it the papers . All he had to do was , using his lifting equipment was to take it the door . But no let a women struggle and watch and take enjoyment out of it . Unacceptable behaviour.
