Magic Hands!! Having slipped and strained my adductors I went to see Frank to see if he could do anything to relieve the pain. At first I thought the pain of the treatment was going to be worse than the pain from the strain however, as the treatment progressed through three sessions things eased and the pain from the injury literally disappeared! Frank's knowledge and passion for his art is exceptional and I've no hesitation in recommending him for any sports related injury!

Highly recommend. I've been going to Frank for treatment ever since my husband went with a long-term shoulder injury that was gradually worsening, and he found that after two sessions his shoulder had better mobility and felt more comfortable than it had for 25 years! Frank's my first port of call when I have an injury or a niggle. He has a solid understanding of the potential causes of injuries or why a muscle is weak/tight, gives first class therapy treatment, and also offers great suggestions of rehab exercises that you can follow after treatment to help yourself.
