Elisa has really helped with my recovery after knee replacement. The muscles in both legs were very tight, and by releasing them I was able to progress a lot easier. I was made very comfortable and at ease., and having found it so beneficial, I even booked a full body massage. Had the best nights sleep in ages after that. I went to see Lisa for a last minute appointment with my shoulder/ neck pain that I have been suffering with. I cannot recommend her enough. She was so professional and I felt immediate relief after seeing her. She gave me great advice for after care and made me feel at ease from the start. I had been having trouble with my lower back so went to see Elisa. Elisa was professional and made me feel very at ease throughout the appointment. She identified areas that where problematic and worked on those, giving advice for after care also. Highly recommend.
