Initially, I was a little skeptical about receiving any compensation, as the company, that had installed my system, had folded. Also, the system was not as efficient as originally claimed.
Will, at Solar Claims was extremely helpful. They were able to secure compensation which covered, not only the cost of modifications and an upgraded inverter, but also for the under-performance of the original system - which was not on target to pay for itself, within the timeframe assured.

I was mis sold solar panels nearly 5 years ago Solar Claims have now got me over 7,000 and apart from sending them some copies of some documents I have not had to do a thing.
They also kept me informed very step of the way.
