Had cameras installed this week. Ashley who took my call is of course very knowledgeable and advised the best cctv cameras to protect my home/family. Grahame the intallation guy was very professional and friendly. The work done is a very high standard and the quality of the cameras exceeded my expectations. Brilliant company and will recommend to friends and family.

From the first contact with Phillip was great he advised us what we needed and not what we wanted which was too much and a waste of money. He talked us through everything and was very helpful and polite. Installation went well, just a small issue which my husband spotted when he got home from work, so rang customer services who wasn't very helpful said he would ring back, but had to ring back ourselves 2 days later, still no joy so rang Phillip our sales rep who sorted straightaway, due to Phillip we are going to be a repeat customer for our alarms. Otherwise this rating would have been a 5 star

Very good service from the first contact to the installation. Everything was explained thoroughly what was needed to suit our needs for CCTV as we were clueless! Everything seems to be working as it should and we would certainly recommend anyone to use this company! Professional from start to finish!
