We have used Lilac Cottage many times over the years, this time, taking friends, the table was waiting, but the service very slow, we were asked for our menu choice before the drinks order was taken and even the menu arrived. The speaker music was too loud to talk. The young female singer did very well to entertain. The male waiter seemed lost as to where shared meals would be placed, we had to show and make space... overall, it was a poor night. Here's hoping it was a blip

Amazing food & service! We came in late, the staff were so accommodating, even made us a drink which wasnt on the menu. Great service, will be back!
