Synergy Recruitment is a fantastic agency. From first contact Yasmin, Del and Marie were really warm, helpful and professional. It was refreshing to work with an agency that really considers the candidates wishes, needs and personal circumstances, as well as the recruiting employers, and I think it is this approach that means they find the right person not just for the job role, but to fit the wider organisation.
