She is a fully trained APPI Pilates teacher and also a Physiotherapist with the NHS and has lots of experience In both.
The classes she teaches are always varied each week which makes them very enjoyable. After every exercise is explained she will walk around to make sure you are In the correct position and because the classes are small you feel you are getting Individual attention, to get the best out of the exercises you can work to which ever level you are at, either a beginner or more advanced.
If you have any back or other Injuries Pilates classes with a qualified Physio 'In my opinion' are the best.

Theres no boredom in class as there is a good variety of exercise. Chrissie can always suggest another level to challenge you just a bit more, but if youre tired after a busy day its perfectly fine to step down a few levels. Shell also suggest alternatives when youre injured or the exercise is just not for you.
Chrissie encourages you to work at a suitable level youre comfortable with and checks you are doing it all correctly.
Im sure my balance and strength has improved just a wee bit.

Six weeks in I feel so much better. My balance, flexibility and strength all have improved, I have more range of movement in my shoulder and less pain. What I wasnt expecting was to enjoy the sessions so much and for that hour to fly past. Chrissie is a qualified Pilates instructor and a qualified Physiotherapist and with her love of both its a perfect combination.
