Absolutely shocking!! I'm a photography student and know how to process film but due to facilities been closed at my university I came here. I wish I hadn't! I took in 2 rolls of black and white 35mm and one disposable colour film camera. Upon receiving my disposable prints back a week later (although I paid for same day processing but repeatedly got told it wasnt ready whenever I rang) the negatives had been exposed to light meaning all the images were fogged, they also developed it with chemicals for black and white meaning half the images haven't been developed properly and the ones that had were both gogged and damaged due to the chemicals. 5 weeks later I'm still waiting for the two 35mm film to be processed and prints to be given back! I was told 7-10 days and I specifically asked when would be ready as it was for my university project and I was on a time limit they said i would definitelyget them becak before xmas. The manager was who I spoke to and she was quite rude and seemed distracted. Since then I have had nothing but trouble and lies told. repeatedly been told that my film would be ready a few days later. Told that my film had been sent to the shop so I could collect then to arrive for them to lie about the phone call I received from them. To be told the lab where they send the film off was closed from when I sent my negatives in until the 1st of Jan. To then be told the lab is open but they have lost my film. Among other things! And when I complained and told them I have had to apply for an extension for my project from university because of this which will effect my grade potentially making me fail and that I have had to borrow money from freinds so I could get other film developed else where as I needed it for my project but didn't have the money to replace what I already spent on this so called "business" I got told it was out of their hands and there was nothing they could do I just had to wait. After I complained a second time I git told I could have half of my money back!!! Absolutely shocking! This "business" is a joke I don't believe any of the girls I have been dealing with knows anything about what they are doing and the manager is even worse as she had to ask a trainee how to process the film in the first place!.
