It's literally, physically a very small pharmacy. I think they are grossly understaffed for the large community they serve. They'd need an extension on the building to be more efficient. I have always found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. I have begun to call them before setting out to check my prescription has arrived and tell them I'm on my way to pick up. That way I'm able to turn up, pick up and leave immediately. Can't fault them when we synchronise...

Since my last review I guess they have changed the staff who now have a very casual attitude to service, my doctor sent a prescription for 3 small items 36 hours before ie 11.30am thur and I went to pick them up and when they eventually found the aforementioned prescription I was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes not long I agree but I then asked how long they would need to process the above normally? We have had to catch up from the bank holiday 5 days ago but this is everytime regardless of the bank holiday so I have to go back tomorrow morning, time to change the pharmacy I think, 1 star for the car parking and 1 star for being a chemist.

Thank you London road for yesterday, GP sent urgent prescription through around 4.15, phoned at 4.45, told would be ready to collect in a few minutes, collected my daughter's antibiotics by 5.15. Fantastic service.
