        Dreadful service. Booked appointment 6 weeks ago. Got a call today to cancel appointment tomorrow. 3 weeks before Christmas. Totally unacceptable, especially from a big company. They high charges should mean they have extra funds available to get agency staff. Animals are precious. My Tilly will be stressed for another month as nobody has any availability.
