Very friendly competent staff. This is reflected in the number of pets that are groomed here. It's always busy so an appointment is a must.

Dropped our dog off and explained she had some small knots in her fur. Was spoken to badly by the staff and told that I should only ever use a collar, never a jacket or harness on the dog as this will apparently always lead to knotting.
Upon returning to collect our dog, found she had multiple small cuts from shaving very closely to the skin.
Organised a call to give feedback, they didn't take responsibility or apologise.
