Hatty at the pixie parlour made me feel welcome and at ease within seconds of entering her salon. She was extremely knowledgeable and thorough prior to the brow treatment and answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable. My brows look absolutely amazing and she ensured I was completely happy with the shape before doing the procedure. When I first decided to undergo scalp micropigmentation (SMP), I wasnt sure who to go with, there are quite a few practitioners out there and I didnt know of anyone who had undergone this treatment previously and therefore get a recommendation. I came across an advert for the Pixie Parlour by chance when visiting my local car wash. I arranged a consultation and was greeted by Harriet, who was very informative and helpful. I decided to proceed with the treatment and honestly, I really did make the right choice. Over a series of three lengthy sessions, Harriet gradually and skilfully developed the realistic illusion of a freshly shaven scalp, with which I am very happy indeed. Harriet is skilful and meticulous with a tremendous attention to detail. She is also a very warm and caring person who makes you feel at ease and instils a justifiable confidence in the outcome. With this high standard of service, together with a pleasant and relaxing environment and very competitive pricing I have no reservation in recommending The Pixie Parlour to anyone who is considering SMP.
