Club Physios have been brilliant & kept me moving for cycling & running endurance events for a number of years (whilst doing a sedentary desk job) with a combination of skillful physiotherapy, sports massage & Pilates classes. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The support, expertise and encouragement that I have received from Sandy have been fantastic and without doubt the best physiotherapy service that I've experienced over many years of running and associated injuries. The service, in all aspects of its work, is professional but at the same time is really friendly and personal and I would recommend Club Physiotherapy to anyone.

We have been attending Sandy's Pilates classes for a number of years , and recently on line too! We thoroughly enjoy them and have found they have made us more flexible, stronger and healthier! We can thoroughly recommend her and her team!

Club Physiotherapy provide excellent services which I have benefited from for a number of years. I have attended the Pilates classes which have been very helpful in improving both my posture and overall flexibility. The instructors are highly professional and experienced (both qualified Physiotherapists) and as such give very detailed instruction whilst making the classes enjoyable and fun for all levels. As a keen runner I have been able to take advantage of the Physiotherapy service for remedying injuries and seeking advice on how best to remain injury free. The service includes hands on treatment and also informative video and descriptive follow- up exercises I would have no hesitation I recommending Club Physiotherapy and would give it 5 stars. My wife and I have been lucky enough to use Club Physiotherapy services for a number of reasons including fitness, treatment and recovery. We would thoroughly recommend the team for all of these. We will certainly continue with them.
